Bhadohi, Oct. 4 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday inaugurated the 50th Golden Jubilee Edition of the India Carpet Expo in Bhadohi and laid the foundation stone for 112 development projects worth over Rs 1,340 crore in the district.

Addressing the gathering in Bhadohi, Adityanath highlighted what he described as a transformation in the state's law and order, infrastructure and business environment since 2017.

The Chief Minister said Uttar Pradesh earlier faced challenges including law and order issues, lack of infrastructure, technology and government support, while artisans and workers had limited access to basic facilities.
