Varanasi, Aug. 17 -- Varanasi Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal has reviewed security, crowd management and traffic arrangements for the third Monday of Shravan month and Nag Panchami, amid expectations of a heavy influx of devotees.

During the inspection on Sunday, Police Commissioner Agarwal reviewed the law and order situation, police deployment, traffic movement, crowd control and arrangements at sensitive points. He also interacted with Kanwar pilgrims and devotees, enquired about their well-being and assured them of all possible assistance.
