UP: CM Yogi seeks public support for govt after Centre hikes fuel prices
Maharajganj, May 15 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday urged the public to support the central government amid the energy crisis in the wake of the West Asia conflict, after petrol and diesel prices were hiked by Rs 3 per litre.
Today, Centre hiked the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 3 per litre as the Brent crude price hovers above USD 100 per barrel amid the West Asia crisis.
Addressing a gathering in Maharajganj, CM Yogi noted that India had controlled fuel prices when it went up in every country around the world.
