Dibrugarh, Oct. 16 -- Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal stressed the importance of education, hard work and perseverance while addressing students at Manohari Devi Kanoi Girls' College in Dibrugarh, where financial assistance under the Assam government's Nijut Moina and Nijut Babu schemes was distributed.
