Varanasi, Sept. 17 -- Union Minister Chirag Paswan on Thursday extended birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of himself and his party, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), saying it was a matter of good fortune for him to serve as a Union Minister at a time when the country was being led by PM Modi.

Paswan said PM Modi had thought of taking every section of the country together on the path of development.
