New Delhi, Aug. 10 -- India has exported 1 metric tonne of mustard honey from Tripura to Dubai -- a move expected to help farmers associated with the Dergang Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) secure better price realisation than in local markets, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The export was facilitated by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and the consignment was flagged off by Ratan Lal Nath, Agriculture Minister, Government of Tripura, the release said.
