Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- At the 6th All India Official Language Conference, the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) of Kandla was selected by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to receive the 'Commendable' category incentive award for the year 2025-26 from among 592 such committees across the country.

This is the first time the committee has received this honor. Yogesh Kumar Singh, Secretary of Deendayal Port Authority, accepted the award at a ceremony held in Navi Mumbai.
