Chennai, March 3 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin responded to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's letter backing a renewed national dialogue on Union-State relations, saying federal renewal must be pursued collectively to preserve constitutional balance.
