Banka, Sept. 25 -- Three youths have been detained in connection with a viral video purportedly showing a minor girl being harassed and assaulted at Mandar Hill in Bihar's Banka district, with police saying preliminary investigation also found that Rs 1,500 was allegedly taken from the victim through PhonePe.

Banka Superintendent of Police Amitesh Kumar said the video came to the notice of Bounsi Station House Officer (SHO) on September 22 and was subsequently verified to have been recorded in the vicinity of Mandar Hill.
