Three detained, SIT formed to investigate Maharashtra TET 2026 paper leak
Bhiwandi, June 27 -- Thane police said that they have detained three individuals and lodged a case in connection with the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2026, which was postponed on Saturday after parts of the question paper were allegedly leaked.
Thane Additional Commissioner Ashok Dudhe told ANI that a Special Investigation team has been formed to investigate the case.
He added that information was received by Pawan Bansod, DCP (Zone 2), that certain individuals were "coming to Bhiwandi today to sell" the question papers intended for the TET exam scheduled in Maharashtra tomorrow.
