Hyderabad, Aug. 25 -- Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) C V Anand on Tuesday denied allegations by BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind that a police officer was monitoring his movements on the instructions of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's brother.

In a reply to Arvind's post on X, Anand said, "After your post on X, I have taken time and all pains to verify from all concerned what you have alleged, and let me clarify, MP @Arvindharmapuri, that no officer (s) has been put on duty to tail you and watch you. We don't believe in such things and do not adopt such methods. But if you have any more details, please feel free to give them to me personally, and I'll get it verified fully, I assure you"
