Hyderabad, Aug. 23 -- Telangana Standards Authority for Food and Essential Drugs (TG SAFE) conducted a sudden raid on a medical shop in Bhadrachalam and seized dozens of unauthorized termination kits which were illegally stocked for sale without valid purchase bills.

According to a press release from the Telangana Standards Authority for Food and Essential Drugs (TG SAFE) - Drugs Wing, a raid was conducted on 22nd August, 2026, on a wholesale medical firm located at GCC Road, Bhadrachalam.

During the raid, officials detected the illegal stocking of 52 abortion kits, namely "a-Kare Kit" (MTP Kit/Abortifacient Drugs), with manufacturing date, Jun-2026, and expiry date, May-2028, labelled as manufactured by: Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Ha...
