Hyderabad, Oct. 12 -- Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) on Monday filed a discharge petition before the Nampally Court, seeking to have his name removed from the Formula E race case registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), the party's legal team said.

The court is scheduled to hear the matter on October 30.

Earlier, last month, the Special Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Court at Nampally adjourned the hearing in the alleged Formula E race irregularities case involving KTR to October 30, 2026, after representatives of certain accused entities failed to appear before the court.
