Mumbai, Aug. 24 -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire 100 per cent of Porsche AG's Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary MHP as part of a strategic partnership that also includes a five-year deal with the German automaker, the Indian IT major said on Monday.

The proposed acquisition and partnership are subject to regulatory approvals, TCS said in a press release. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition or the value of the five-year deal.

MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, headquartered in Ludwigsburg, Germany, has around 4,500 employees worldwide and provides management and IT consulting services. Its areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, business transformation, SAP...
