Mumbai, May 26 -- Tata Sons held a critical, highly watched board meeting on Tuesday at its historic Bombay House headquarters in Mumbai. The high-profile session brought together the full leadership panel to address the evolving corporate governance blueprint and strategy following the passing of Ratan Tata.

All six members of the board attended the crucial meeting, including Executive Chairman N. Chandrasekaran, Vice Chairman and Tata Trusts chief Noel Tata, and Non-Executive Director Venu Srinivasan.
