Washington, Sept. 29 -- Sylvester Stallone has reacted to 'I Play Rocky', the upcoming biopic about the making of the 1976 classic 'Rocky', saying he initially questioned whether his life story was being revisited too soon.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, speaking at 92NY on Monday while promoting his new memoir 'The Steps', Stallone said he was "kind of mixed" about the project because, as he put it, "I'm not dead yet. Aren't we jumping the gun a little bit?"

The film, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival earlier this month, follows the making of 'Rocky' and features Anthony Ippolito as a young Stallone, depicting the actor as he develops and pushes the film through a tumultuous production.
