Mumbai, July 8 -- After the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) hospital medical staff assault, Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad on Wednesday alleged a long-standing pattern of neglect among government employees, suggesting that such attitudes can provoke public frustration.
