Kanyakumari, July 15 -- Shine CC emerged champions of the inaugural Kanyakumari Police-Public Relationship Champions Trophy after defeating Packer Sunny CC by three wickets in the final of the tournament organised by the Kanyakumari District Police under the theme, "Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Sports."

Held at the Government Polytechnic College in Nagercoil, the tournament was aimed at strengthening the relationship between the police and the public while promoting sports as a positive alternative to substance abuse among youngsters.
