SFI protests alleged detention of Aishe Ghosh, demands abolition of NTA over exam paper leaks
Shimla, July 29 -- The students, led by the Students' Federation of India (SFI), on Wednesday staged a protest outside the Deputy Commissioner's office in Shimla, condemning the alleged detention of Aishe Ghosh by the Delhi Police and demanding the removal of the National Testing Agency (NTA) over repeated allegations of examination paper leaks.
Speaking to ANI after the protest, SFI Himachal Pradesh state president Anil Thakur alleged that the Delhi Police's move to detain Ghosh from the Communist Party of India (Marxist) office was a violation of assurances previously given by the Central government.
