Chennai, April 9 -- Senior Congress MP and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Thursday raised concerns on recent actions of the Election Commission (EC) over the latter's decision to replace the state's Chief Secretary, citing that earlier Supreme Court judgement cautioned against the poll body becoming an 'imperium in imperio'.
