New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday said the sanitation workers have got the respect they deserved under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, adding that their concerns were ignored earlier.

Addressing a gathering at a safety and dignity camp for sanitation workers, CM Gupta said, "After PM Modi came to power, sanitation workers got the respect they deserved, which they had not received before. PM Modi sat with these workers and understood their problems."
