New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- In a major development in the death of 31-year-old real estate professional Yuvraj Singh Manchanda, his sister, who is also the complainant/informant in the Delhi FIR, moved the Saket court seeking preservation and production of the complete records relating to the recovery, identification and cremation of an unidentified body in Badshahpur, Gurugram, which was later identified as that of Yuvraj.

Acting on the application filed under Section 94 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), the Saket court has directed the Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, to preserve and produce the complete police, forensic, medical, digital and electronic records concerning the unidentified body.
