New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- Delhi police has filed a charge sheet against 3 accused for the alleged offences of Culpable Homicide not amounting to murder, etc. The charge sheet has been filed in Saket Court for the offences of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, causing grievous hurt, and other offences.

Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Shivam Gupta took cognisance of the charge sheet.

The court supplied the copy of the charge sheet to the advocate Chanderbeer Sheoran, counsel for the accused.

He submitted that the scrutiny of documents is complete.
