New Delhi, March 11 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Wednesday congratulated Taranjit Singh Sandhu on being sworn in as Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.

Earlier today, newly appointed Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Taranjit Singh Sandhu took the oath of office in the presence of Delhi High Court Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.
