New Delhi, April 2 -- The First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia, Denis Manturov, arrived in India on Thursday for a two-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties across key sectors and to co-chair the India-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
According to a post on X by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Manturov will co-chair the Intergovernmental Commission with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and participate in other high-level bilateral meetings.
