Washington DC, Aug. 21 -- Actor Ron Perlman has joined the cast of Amazon MGM Studios' upcoming horror film 'Seasons', starring Lily James and Jack Reynor, Deadline reported.

The film marks the sophomore feature of filmmaker Drew Hancock, who previously directed 'Companion'.

Details about Perlman's character are being kept under wraps.

Seasons is based on a viral horror short story by Matt and Harrison Query, which first appeared on Reddit before being adapted into a full-length novel. The story follows a husband and wife who purchase their dream ranch, only to discover that the land is inhabited by ancient spirits.

As the couple tries to survive, they are forced to take part in increasingly disturbing rituals as the seasons change. ...
