Bengaluru, April 26 -- Two new champions emerged amongst the International Elite Athletes, one with prior experience and another on her new voyage at the 18th edition of the TCS World 10K, a World Athletics Gold Label Race, on Sunday.

When Rodrigue Kwizera missed the top spot in a photo finish to Kenya's Sebastian Sawe three years ago, he promised to come back to take the title in Bengaluru, and he did so with grit and determination, according to a release.
