Washington DC, Feb. 18 -- British singer RAYE issued an apology after several fans were denied entry to her concert in Paris due to a ticket issue.

RAYE, aka Rachel Keen, took to her social media account to speak up after 65 ticket holders were turned away from her February 15 show at Accor Arena. Fans were not allowed inside even though they had valid tickets, according to PEOPLE magazine.

In a post shared on Tuesday, February 17, RAYE said she was deeply upset about what happened and described the situation as unacceptable.
