New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing the Central government of indulging in "grandstanding" instead of taking responsibility for key governance and public safety issues.
