Punjab, Haryana HC directs DTCP to decide AIPL's complaint against alleged illegal transfer of IREO's Gurugram project to Oberoi Realty; restrains further allotments
New Delhi, July 9 -- The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Director, Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana, to decide a complaint filed by Advance India Projects Limited (AIPL) challenging the grant and transfer of a development licence relating to the IREO Group's 'Grand Hyatt Residences' project in Gurugram. Pending a decision on the complaint, the Court has restrained the private respondents from making any further allotments or creating any additional third-party rights in the project.
