Pune Airport old terminal renovation completed, awaits BCAS approval
Pune, Sept. 11 -- The renovation of the old terminal building at Pune Airport has been completed and is awaiting final approval from the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), following which the upgraded terminal will be put into service for passengers, the office of Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol said.
The old terminal has been renovated in a modern manner to make more effective use of the available infrastructure. Airports across the country are transforming with ultra-modern and up-to-date facilities, the minister's office said.
