New Delhi, Oct. 5 -- Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is preparing a series of programmes and events in the national capital as a part of seva sankalp abhiyan to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi completing 25 years in public life, with the celebrations beginning with a major 'Seva Jyoti' programme at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium.

According to a top BJP source, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to address the nation on October 7 from the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium as part of the 'Seva Jyoti' programme. The Delhi BJP is making arrangements for the participation of around 5,000 people at the venue.
