New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended birthday greetings to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and praised his efforts towards the progress of the state across diverse sectors, as well as his commitment to empowering the poor.
