New Delhi, May 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday held a telephonic conversation with TVK Chief C Joseph Vijay and congratulated him for swearing in as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, according to sources.

Earlier in the day, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his congratulatory message and said he looks forward to active support from the Centre for the State's development.
