Ottawa, March 4 -- Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney stated that the country supports efforts to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, pointing to US-Israel joint military strikes on the country, adding that Ottawa takes its position "with regret" amid the escalating conflict in the Middle East.
