Agartala, July 13 -- Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Monday said that the public welfare programs of the state government should be implemented more effectively by ensuring the active participation of the people and increasing public awareness.

"Every district administration and every department should highlight the positive initiatives and development works of the government to the common people. At the same time, all other departments, including the security administration, district administration, health, education, etc., should fulfil their respective responsibilities through mutual coordination," said Dr. Saha.
