Patiala House Court refuses interim relief to Indian Polo Association in Jaipur Polo Ground eviction dispute
New Delhi, July 7 -- The Patiala House Court has refused to grant interim relief to the Indian Polo Association (IPA) in its challenge to the eviction from the historic Jaipur Polo Ground in Delhi, holding that it lacks the statutory jurisdiction to restrain the government from dealing with the property after possession has already been taken over.
