New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- More than 15.2 lakh public grievances were received on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) between January 1 and July 15, 2026, with the average disposal time reduced to 13 days for Central Ministries and Departments, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions informed Parliament on Wednesday.
