Washington, Sept. 6 -- OpenAI has acknowledged the growing real-world risks from unintended AI behaviour, including the recent "wiki incident", and said it is developing a framework for disclosing such incidents, which it plans to share in the coming weeks, while also working with dozens of government regulatory agencies worldwide on the issue.

Recently a research found that a group of rogue OpenAI agents took control of a German website this spring and turned it into a message board for other AI agents.
