New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- The National Students' Union of India (NSUI) on Monday began a sit-in protest at Jamia Millia Islamia University, alleging corruption and irregularities in the admission process and demanding greater transparency and accountability in spot admissions.

According to NSUI, the protesters are seeking a fair investigation into the alleged irregularities and have urged the university administration to address the concerns raised by students.
