Dehradun, Aug. 5 -- The Election Commission's ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign reached senior government officials and public representatives in Uttarakhand as part of a district-wide door-to-door voter verification exercise aimed at updating electoral rolls.

During the verification drive, notices were served at the residences of Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat, BJP MLA from Nainital Sarita Arya, and several other prominent residents of the town.
