New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- For all States/UTs where Special Intensive Revision has been completed and where it is yet to start, there shall be no requirement for the Declaration Form, an ECI official said on Wednesday.

As per poll body official, there has been no change in Form 6, whether during SIR or in the non-SIR period. "The Declaration Form was an additional document which was asked for in States/UTs, wherever SIR was conducted as per SIR order dated 24 June 2025 and subsequent SIR orders. All these were as per the unanimous decision of the Commission," official stated.
