Nainital, Sept. 10 -- BJP national president Nitin Nabin and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday paid floral tributes at the Shaheed Smarak in Haldwani in honour of soldiers who laid down their lives for the nation.

Nitin Nabin is on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand to infuse renewed energy and resolve among party workers ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
