New Delhi, July 16 -- Patiala House Court on Thursday reserved its order on the plea of Baramulla MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh, seeking permission to attend the upcoming Parliament session in custody in a terror funding case being investigated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Special Judge (NIA) Prashant Sharma reserved the order after hearing submissions from counsel for Abdul Rashid Sheikh and the NIA. The order is expected to be pronounced at 4 pm.

Abdul Rashid Sheikh, through advocate Vikhyat Oberoi, sought permission to attend the Parliament session scheduled to commence on July 20.
