New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, has passed an interim order in the ongoing family dispute concerning KJS Cement (I) Limited, granting partial relief to the legal heirs of late industrialist KJS Ahluwalia while keeping the broader allegations of oppression and mismanagement pending for detailed adjudication.
The petition was filed by Himangini Singh (daughter) and Manjula Ahluwalia (wife), along with associated companies controlled by them, alleging that Pawan Kumar Ahluwalia, the younger brother of the deceased, along with others, had acted in a manner oppressive to their rights and had mismanaged the affairs of the company.
