Dimapur, Oct. 9 -- Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav on Friday flagged off four Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances and virtually inaugurated an Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) processing unit at Thanamir in Kiphire district, emphasising the need to strengthen emergency healthcare and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in the state.

The programme was organised by the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) at the Integrated Business Hub and Innovation Centre in Dimapur.
