New Delhi, Oct. 1 -- US National Matthew Aaron VanDyke appeared before a Rouse Avenue Court through video conferencing from his home country.

He said that he has a return air ticket to India for October 21 and will be appearing before the court.

VanDyke is an accused in the Myanmar Training Camp case. Six Ukranians national are also accused in this case. All accused are on default bail and have been in their countries for one month after the court allowed them to travel abroad.

The Ukrainians have not appeared through video conferencing. An exemption was filed on their behalf.

A Rouse Avenue court listed the chargesheet of NIA for consideration on October 23.
