Gwalior, Sept. 1 -- Madhya Pradesh Police arrested two men in connection with the alleged murder of a 17-year-old girl after she refused to marry one of them in Gwalior district, an official said on Tuesday.

The incident occurred on the night of August 30 and her body was found in bushes near Cancer Pahadiya under the Kampoo police station area in the district early in the morning on August 31. The accused have been identified as Ishan Khan and Arbaz Khan.

According to the family, the minor worked at a saree shop in the Naya Bazar area. She left for work around 9 am on August 30 but did not return home by 8 pm. The family asked the shopkeeper and he told the family that she had left much earlier; relatives searched for her and then the ...
