Bhopal, Oct. 5 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has registered a case against the operator of Srishti Hospital in Bhopal over alleged irregularities in the Ayushman Bharat scheme, including submitting a fake list of doctors and staff and using forged signatures on pathology reports.

According to EOW, the case was registered against Rajkumar Suryavanshi, operator of Srishti Hospital, and others under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in connection with the alleged fraud.
