Mumbai, Aug. 19 -- The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has put its recruitment process for 235 posts on hold as a three-member high-level committee begins examining complaints and objections received from candidates following the announcement of provisional examination results.

The decision was taken to ensure an independent examination of the concerns raised by candidates and maintain transparency in the recruitment process, the MMRDA said in a press release.
